Welcome to Poplar HARCA Community Cycles, we’re a cycling hub in Poplar, Tower Hamlets. Join a free skills session, borrow a bike and more!

Poplar HARCA Community Cycles is open to the whole community (the clue is in the title!). We’ve created this friendly, inclusive space to make cycling accessible so more people can enjoy getting around by bike. We run activities for children, families, and adults and for a whole range of abilities. This includes β€˜Learn to Ride’ for complete beginners, skill sessions, and social rides for those with more experience. We have a range of bikes and accessories from balance bikes for little ones, children’s bikes, and adult bikes in a range of sizes. Come down to one of our two locations and give cycling a go!

If you’re not ready to join us for a session yet, we’d still love you to pop in and have a chat. We’re happy to answer any questions or give you some advice.
